This is the 4th forgery listed in "weeds"
The top of the "T" of "THREE" is disconnected and
The central part of the "H" is more like a dot.
The flower is very different from the original
The overprints lack the end number
The text in the elipse touches the line unlike the original
The outer extra frame line has many breaks including a large fault bottom left
