A very scarce stamp that surprisingly shows up frequently in online auctions but 99% forgeries.
They generally sell for $150-$300
Fournier sold very large quantities of these given their unique look and demand, particularly in France.
They exists in four types; 'x', '=', '|' and '.|.' below 'Congo francais'

They are quite deceptive and the key feature is in the serif of the "C" and the shape of ornaments below it
