Acapulco San Francisco Line Mc Robish Co Bogus

This bogus issue riginally showed up in 1865 (probably S.A. Taylor). As with other bogus period stamps it was listed as a "new" issue in philatelic news. Being rare, collectors were eager to obtain them resulting in many forgeries that barely resembled the originals. The colors were green, blue & red with a 1 real value
