They were sold at post offices July 29-31, 1906, and were valid only for those three days.
Those sold at the exposition are overprinted "SE" in black and tend to be scarce.
The listings note 2 sizes of the overprint.
It appears that the forgeries were only of the 3 highest values.
Romanian forgeries from this period are characterized by quite poor printing quality.
