Poland Przedborz 1917

A local (Warsaw) philatelic entrepreneur named Solomon Abramsohn who would also be involved with the locals in Zarki saw an opportunity for local delivery stamps.
He persuaded Peter Franczak, the local postmaster and a member of the town council, to start a local mail delivery service with stamps.
The first 2 eagle stamps may have been issued by Franczak on his own without any approval and and he may have been involved in Abramsohn’s money making scheme.
