Printed by lithographic printing with 4 passes by the house PANSKI in Piotrkow on medium, white paper.
3 Types of each - Note the colors do not have a yellow tone, this indicates a forgery
NOTE - there may well be other types of forgeries, so a simple rule "If you cannot identify it, it is most likely a Forgery"

I have a few of these but I have not found their origin
Genuine - forgeries exist same as those noted |
Although ordered by the Post Office, they were not put into use.
They were sold by the P.O. to raise liberation funds.
They can be found with P.O. favor cancels
They are quite common and often overpriced.
I have not seen forgeries.
